Ben Sigelman is a co-founder and the CEO at LightStep, a co-creator of Dapper (Google’s distributed tracing system), and co-creator of the OpenTracing and OpenTelemetry projects (both part of the CNCF). Ben's work and interests gravitate towards observability, especially where microservices, high transaction volumes, and large engineering organizations are involved.
Christine delights in being a developer in a room full of ops folks. As a cofounder of Honeycomb.io, a startup with a new approach to debugging production systems, she cares deeply about bridging the gap between devs and ops with technological and cultural improvements. Before Honeycomb, she built out an analytics product at Parse (bought by Facebook) and wrote software at a few now-defunct startups.
Brian is a Staff SRE at Twitter. He works on infrastructure optimization and performance. His work with tuning high performance services led him to discovering a need for better performance telemetry. He is the author and maintainer of Rezolus, Twitter's high resolution systems performance telemetry agent.
