Jessica Kerr (unique ID: @jessitron) develops development automation at Atomist. After a dozen years in Java, she branched out to Scala and Clojure and Ruby and Elm and more. Matty Stratton is a DevOps Advocate at PagerDuty, where he helps dev and ops teams advance the practice of their craft and become more operationally mature.  He is the founder and co-host of the popular Arrested DevOps podcast, as well as a global organizer of the DevOpsDays set of conferences. Matty lives in San Francisco and has three awesome kids - Henry, Joey, and Sophia, who he loves just a little bit more than he loves *Doctor Who*. He is currently on a mission to discover the best pho in the world.

Bridget Kromhout is a Principal Cloud Developer Advocate at Microsoft. Her CS degree emphasis was in theory, but she now deals with the concrete (if 'cloud' can be considered tangible). After 15 years as an operations engineer, she traded being on call for being on a plane. A frequent speaker and program committee member for tech conferences, she leads the devopsdays organization globally and the devops community at home in Minneapolis. She podcasts with Arrested DevOps, blogs at bridgetkromhout.com, and is active in a Twitterverse near you.

J. Paul Reed has over fifteen years experience in the trenches as a build/release engineer, working with such companies as VMware, Mozilla, Postbox, Symantec, and Salesforce. 

In 2012, he founded Release Engineering Approaches, a consultancy incorporating a host of tools and techniques to help organizations "Simply Ship. Every time." He's worked across a number of industries, from financial services to cloud-based infrastructure to health care, with teams ranging from 2 to 2,500 on everything from tooling, operational analysis and improvement, cultural transformation, and business value optimization. 

He speaks internationally on release engineering, DevOps, operational complexity, and human factors and is currently a Masters of Science candidate in Human Factors & Systems Safety at Lund University.

Greg Burrell is a Senior Reliability Engineer at Netflix working in the Edge Developer Productivity team. In 2005 Greg was hired by Netflix to be part of a skunkworks team experimenting with the crazy idea of sending movies over the Internet.  Greg has spent his time at Netflix in the Edge Engineering group working in the areas of testing, build and release, operations, and developer tools.  Underlying all those roles has been a passion for improving availability, velocity, and productivity.   The question always on Greg's mind is "How can we make it easier to develop, operate, and support our services?"  Prior to Netflix, Greg worked for America OnLine.  No, he wasn't the "You've got mail" guy.

Holly Allen is a leader in Service Engineering at Slack, with SRE, Safety Engineering, and Storage in her portfolio. She is tireless in her efforts to make Slack the software reliable and scalable, and Slack the company a delightful place to work. Prior to Slack Holly worked at startups, DreamWorks Animation, and was Director of Engineering at 18F, a civic tech startup in the US government.
